I lost 4 kg!

Guess what? I lost 4 kg within 3 months without taking any pills or anything as such and no regular exercise too. The only thing I did was to change my meal time. I took breakfast every morning but skip my lunch...and had my dinner meal at 6.30 pm. I stopped eating after dinner and only drink some juice before retiring to bed every night. I was 71 kg 3 months ago and now my weight is 67kg. I am continuing with this kind of habit until I reach my target weight....hopefully I would be able to attain. But this time I think I need to do some exercising as well .... I might lose more!

Here's today's tips for all weight watchers:

People who are slightly heavier than they’d like to be and believe that gradual weight gain over the years could be the cause shouldn’t bother about this because so many people are also facing the same dilemma. One way you can identify folks who are desirous of losing weight quickly is the seriousness they attach to the process as well as the effort they put in to learn how it is done. The other day while sitting through one of those make over shows on television with my wife (I don’t like them, but she does), we were taken aback by the utterances of the over weight woman they were making over; she declared that she is very happy with her body and appearance because she believes she was in good health.

Think about this, it is very possible to be pretty and not too huge and yet still be considered overweight, this is determined by your consumption rate of fatty foods and the frequency at which you exercise. In fairness to the woman on the television show, she is not obese because her she is not too huge, but if we put her body fat content into consideration I am certain that she has more than 30 percent body fat. An effective way to lose weight quickly is to take to low fat diet combined with exercises like weight lifting and cardio, you are rest assured that these will not only help you shed off some fat it will also help you replace them with muscles.
